Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns should be done within 30 days of receipt of your item if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Free Return and the item must be in its original condition and packaging. 

Refund Options

  • You can choose store credit, or have the original payment method refunded.
  • Any return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item was damaged or defective we will help you get a replacement item, a store credit, or a full refund.
The reasons that we support 30-day returns/replacement are as follows:
1. We sent an item that did not match your order or was wrong with your order
2. The product you received was damaged during shipping
3. The product you received is of poor quality/defective
 
The following reasons are not within the scope of 30-day returns/replacement policy, please read carefully before using our products
1. Damage caused by improper use, improper storage, or rough use
2. Product accessories are lost
3. The product has been used and cannot be sold again.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@gardecors.com to receive return authorization. A return address will be emailed to you. Returns without authorization are subject to additional restocking fees $7.99.
  2. Carefully package your product in the original packaging with all instructions and parts. If you received a packing slip please enclose that as well, if not, please put a note in the box with your name, address, and order number. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments back to our warehouse so make sure you keep your tracking number you receive from the carrier.
  3. Ship the item back to the address given in the return authorization using an insured shipping carrier. Be sure to insure your item for the purchase price of the product. Gardecors will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred in return shipping. If damages occur in return shipping, you will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier you chose. Please note: If the item is damaged during return shipping and you did not select to insure the package, you will not receive a refund from Gardecors or the carrier you selected.

About Refunds

  1. Your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item. Although we process your refund as quickly as possible, there are often further delays with your credit card or bank processing the refund.
  2. All returns must arrive at our warehouse in resalable condition otherwise we reserve the right to withhold any or all of your refund.
  3. If you purchased your item using a gift certificate or a portion of a gift certificate, that portion of your credit for your return will be given back to you in that form. There will be no cash returned for purchases made using a gift certificate.

Canceling Orders

  1. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We do ship same or next business day so if your item has left with a carrier we will likely not be able to cancel your order.

Damages

  1. Items shipped via UPC, FedEx or USPS must be opened as soon as possible once you receive your item. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will more than happy to replace the item.
  2. If you purchased a large item that shipped via LTL/Common Carrier, the item must be inspected before you accept the delivery. If there is obvious damage please refuse the shipment and contact us as soon as possible.
