We are here to help! With the ever-increasing demands on shipping carriers this holiday season we highly recommend doing your gift shopping early.

We are shipping your orders same or next business day from our warehouses, however, you may experience delays in package tracking and an increase in the number of days to deliver your package due to the continually increasing demands on FedEx, UPS and USPS. These demands are expected to continue as the holiday season ramps up.

We will continue to provide tracking to you when your package leaves our facility.

When will my order ship?

We intend to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items ship the same business day if you place your order by 0:00 EST or the next business day if placed after that time.

You will receive a tracking number when your item ships to the email address you gave us at the time of order.

How long will my order take to get to me?

We use standard carriers like FedEX, UPS, and USPS. Standard ground shipping should get to you in 5-15 business days. Outside the contiguous 48 states may take a little longer. Five to ten business days is common. Some carriers deliver on Saturdays and others do not so your tracking number will give you the best estimate from the carrier.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, most items will have an option for you to upgrade the shipping at your expense. Remember not to count weekends in your 2 or 3 days as most carriers will not deliver expedited packages on weekends.

What shipping method will be used?

We use UPS and FedEx or USPS for delivery of most products. The exception is the large water fountains over 150 lbs or volume orders. These may ship LTL/Common Carrier on a pallet.

Where will my product ship from?

Most orders will ship from our warehouse , some are shipped from our associated warehouses across the US. 

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
